Respect for human rights is in the interests of all parties to the employment relationship. However, the implications of this are seldom taught in the curriculum of our Business Schools. To address this gap, we especially encourage all types of submissions that advance our understanding of the rights of individuals and groups to fully participate, contribute, and grow in the life of the organization. We intend to increase understanding of all aspects of Human Rights in Employment and to create learning and dialog around this issue among those scholars who influence the next generation of executives. Ongoing Themes: Management education and development is central to EAM's mission and we encourage submissions that advance excellence in teaching. We also encourage collaborative academic-practitioner projects for any track- rigorous and relevant projects jointly produced and presented by academics and practitioners. |
