Show Case Sessions: Especially encouraged are all types of submissions that advance our understanding of “The Life-Giving Workplace,” environments that unleash rather than suppress human potential, give rather than take life energy, and align rather than separate life work and work life. What are the underlying values and observable characteristics of such work contexts? What impact do they have on individual, group, or organization performance? On-Going Themes: Management education and development is central to EAM’s mission and we encourage submissions that advance excellence in teaching. We also encourage collaborative academic-practitioner projects for any track; rigorous and relevant projects jointly produced and presented by academics and practitioners. |
