Backlash in the Business School

The MIT report on gender inequity in academe struck a major chord among women and faculty of color in business schools. A key finding was that discrimination emerged not among assistant professors, but among tenured associate professors. The purpose of this workshop is to provide a forum for sharing our experiences, understanding this phenomenon, and developing strategies for coping with backlash in business schools. This provocative workshop is scheduled for Sunday, August 6th, 10 am.
