Organization Management Journal (OMJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal sponsored by the Eastern Academy of Management (EAM) and the Southwest Academy of Management (SWAM).
OMJ provides a forum for innovative and meaningful scholarship that advances our understanding of management and organizations. The journal particularly welcomes work that connects theoretical insight with practical application, contributes to contemporary management thought, and strengthens the teaching and learning of management.

Thought-provoking perspectives and scholarly reflections on important issues affecting management, organizations, and society.
The journal publishes empirical and theoretical articles, review articles, essays, and resources for management educators.

OMJ is international in scope and fully open access, making published research freely available to scholars, educators, practitioners, students, and other readers around the world.
There are no article publication charges to authors.
