EAM 2027 brings together scholars, educators, students, and practitioners from across the full range of business and management disciplines. While this year's theme, Entrepreneurial Thinking Across Boundaries: Reimagining Business and Academia, highlights entrepreneurial thinking, submissions are welcome across all conference tracks—including Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategy, International Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Ethics and Diversity, Management Education, Entrepreneurship, Technology, and more.

EAM 2027 is supported by an outstanding group of scholars who serve as Track Chairs across the conference program. Track Chairs coordinate the review process, help shape their respective tracks, and support authors and reviewers throughout the conference submission process.
